The course, besides initiating to shiatsu, serve to practice shiatsu of relaxation, getting, when concluded the certificate of Technique of Basic Shiatsu Namikoshi.

This is a 100 hours group per course. It will be given every Thursday from 17 ’00 to 21’00 pm. and on weekends from 9’30 to 14’30 and from 15’30 to 20’30 pm.

The course begins on November 5, 2009 and ends on May 27, 2010. It is mainly  a practical course focused on the learning of the main lines and points of the body, and in the correct postures of body and hands to apply the shiatsu pressure.

In addition to this the course gives a general idea on: autoshiatsu, stretching, shiatu on tatami and on stretcher and also notions for most common treatments.

Registration fee: 100 € (includes: book, small poster of main points and t-shirt) . Monthly payment: 200 €

The course brings the opportunity to the students interested in continuing with the professional course to get a 50% discount in the registration fee of the first year and the first four months validated.

Afternoon groups:

Thursdays from 18 to 21 hours.

Weekend groups:

Saturdays from: 9’30 to 14’30 and from 15’30 to 20’30 .
